Divya Chandrasekaran is the Founder and Managing Partner of iPACT Legal. Divya brings over 11 years of experience in a unique blend of law firms and in-house legal departments and specializes in Corporate Advisory, Commercial Contracts, and Intellectual Property laws.

Experience

  • Divya has worked with Fox Mandal and Associates for over 6 years in their Corporate and Intellectual Property verticals and has assisted clients from different sectors, industries and types which has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework and client management.

  • Divya has worked as an in-house counsel with leading Multi-National Companies like Herbalife International India Pvt Ltd. and has handled corporate advisory, real estate and commercial contracts

  • Divya has managed and led the Commercial Contracts team at Biocon Biologics and has handled major cross-border deals and contracts in markets including APAC, AFMET, LATAM, CIS, US and Japan.
